Walk & Talk Therapy
Therapy has come a long way since Freud's couch and counselling room. Walk and talk therapy sessions take place on the Gold Coast's stunning beachfront, where you can have a therapy session with the added benefit of vitamin sea. 
Walking relieves tension and improves blood flow to the brain. It boosts mood and stress levels, whilst enhancing your overall well-being. 
Research shows light exercise, like walking, can provide the same benefits as anti-depressants. 
Somatic symptoms, stemming from trauma, can be processed through the bilateral stimulation of walking.
*Sessions are $220.00. Medicare rebates are available with a current Mental Health Care Plan from your GP.
